      Good Environment as people are nice and most of the time I work remotely

      at the managerial level people have no idea what they are doing they only care about the customer and don't care about employees

      The recruiting teams are very responsive and helpful, the company's direction is nurturing and goal oriented.

      The application process is a bit longer.

      Great place to learn and work with talented people. There is always room for innovation

      Cons

      Throughout my 6 year journey with Sumerge, I can’t remember a significant cons; other than stressful days during projects delivery which is common in our industry.
