50% off all salads, but only the day of your shift (but I wouldn't eat it)

The hygiene is horrible. I once dropped a while container of food on the ground and was told to not throw it away, rather put it back in the container. Moreover, the quality of salad is appalling, salad is kept for almost a week, if not all sold. For example, there salads from the day before are mixed in with "fresh" salads. Ingredients are hardly fresh and day dots are changed in an effort to keep food longer, despite being only allowed to bw kept for 3 days max.
