Sun has a fun work environment, something you normally don't find at a regular 9-5. The company tried to keep employees happy by breaking up their day with activities. The work you contribute to is fulfilling because of the modern progression the company contributes to in the radio industry. You really feel like you're working towards helping the medium's future. There's an office in Boca and New York, and the company doesn't mind if you bounce between the two.

You take on a lot of responsibility at Sun, and are trusted to rise above. That being said, this job is for people who are passionate about furthering their career and not for those who need a job just to pay the bills. There is a lot to learn about the radio Industry. it takes a while before you really understand the industry terms.
