Pros
It has been around for ages and is the biggest player in the insurance industry They may not pay well but you know you will have a safe and secure job considering the bad economic conditions these days. Benefits are good, managers and HR usually like to take care of their employees
Cons
Does not pay very well, technoligically the company is still behind most other big players in the industry and need to catch up quick, not very receptive to progressive ideas and concepts.
