Pros
Great team of people, everyone is genuine and wants what's best for YOU as well as the company. No one is "out to get you" here. Your ideas are listened to and the management cares about the "lowest" level as much as the top level. This is a family. So sad to be leaving this company, but they are happy for me and my opportunity; which shows even more character about them.
Cons
Honestly, no cons that you wouldn't find in any other common workplace. Men are sometimes disgusting and egotistical/ but that's anywhere. The executive management takes every one of your concerns seriously and shows genuine concern. HR department is TOP NOTCH.
