Pros
This babk really cares about its people and customers. You are not just a number or a sale. The emphasis is on service and investing in the community
Cons
As with any community bank it is limited to a smaller footprint than regional or national banks but I really think that that allows the bank to focus on whatnis important to them and that is reinvesting in the community
