They talk about safety, but don't follow it. everything gets job hoped, they want you to sign for safety meetings you did not attend. There are some cool other stores that I got a chance to visit where you can see the vibe is different so I can't dump on the company as a whole, but this yard was a difficult place to work. They should invest in management training, so the PCM can understand DOT regulations and how to be a good leader. Being a salesman and a manager are two different things.
