It's easy to move up, they give raises to employees they like which means you don't have to be good at your job Everyone is very friendly Promote women, LGBTQ, minorities Love to party hard
Cons
Management is terrible at communicating and setting goals Direction of the company is constantly shifting Every decision goes through the CEOs, so most won't be answered within a reasonable amount of time Really hard for them to let go of the really bad employees Benefits are terrible, no full mileage reimbursement, no cell phone pay, odd holiday's off, pay a small portion of health insurance, PTO is minimal, no 401k (they will tell you they do have one though) HR is constantly changing staff
