The most unprofessional sexist cannabis company I’ve worked for in 7 years in this industry. Run by inexperienced fresh out of college 20 somethings who get more respect than industry vets. HR turned over 4 times in less than 2 years; if HR can’t stand the owners, then who can? (No one. They’re toxic.) Lack of transparency & communication from management - you’re in Silo country. Nepotism has poisoned upper management and everyone knows. Lack of women in upper management is obvious - just another boys club Lack of QA/QC process combined with rushed production yields subpar product that dispensaries report as an obvious decline Treat production workers like cattle
