Pros
The occasional 50 percent off of 5 pairs every sales quarter, minimal work-load, nice product.
Cons
The management is awful, managers are fired if their sales aren't good enough, something that is completely dependent on 1. The weather and 2. The economy ( designer sunglasses are not a necessity, people buy less of them when they have no extra cash). In addition, associates are constantly reminded to have ENERGY when they are refused breaks unless they are working over 6 hours, and are being paid minimally. The commission system is a joke, nobody recieves comission unless the entire store meets a team goal, then you start making 1 % comission, and only make it up to 2 % and higher if the store makes it's goal in increments on 10 % (110% = 2% commission, 120% = 3 % etc.)
