Pros
Great discount, potential to make bonus weekly and paid out in next pay period. Customer service oriented.
Cons
Too much micro managing of each employee (company directed) no office/ computer. Work load for managers is over the top. Salary managers are taken advantage of. There is no extra compensation (ex: no extra hours earned for PTO) sick hr allowance is only 24hr a year. Only PTO hours are given no vacation or floating holiday. Doesn’t matter how many hours you work if you are salary you only earn 40 PTO hours a year. When hourly employees earn PTO by hours worked.
