Since the lab primarily supports internal operations rather than external clients, the workload is generally more manageable and allows for better focus on maintaining product quality. Good environment for developing quality control and analytical testing skills.
Cons
The supervisor is overbearing and a poor leader. She has a habit of saying "yes" to every request from upper management without considering the team's workload, then pushing the tasks onto lab staff at the last minute. She creates unnecessary stress instead of supporting the team. Planning and delegation are often disorganized. Harassment is part of the daily culture under her supervision, whether it's talking behind employees' backs or publicly humiliating them in the WhatsApp group. She expects respect from her staff but rarely shows the same respect in return. Working under her management was mentally exhausting and had a significant negative impact on morale.
