Pros
It is a growing company. Listen to music while you work. Frequent breaks. Once hired you can see other company job postings(that don't use a temp service). Good hours, no weekends or nights. During larger projects they will often provide a lunch for you, like pizza.
Cons
You have to work through their temp agency to get a position and they are untruthful about their benefits and how long that process is. I was told 3 months of temp-to-hire when it was closer to 6 months of full time. They currently have an ad online that also says 3 months, which was not the case. Was told I would get profit sharing, didn't happen. Management curse and yell at employees when they get really frustrated and show indifference towards temps. I feel that part of that is contributed to the company growth outpacing internal planning and employment. It was just too frustrating for me. Also they will hire someone they feel "fits their team" over someone with prior job experience. I'm not sure what that means, but it was frustrating to watch as I was not asked to use the forklift even though I had prior experience on heavy machinery and some forklift use.
