Not a lot of structure - job roles created for people which don't really mean anything and responsibilities gets assigned to whoever Lots of egos in management, more about looking good and shifting blame than getting things fixed or improved Very low benefits, low salaries Some depts don't allow hybrid working for no apparent reason
