Pros
Stable company. Opportunity to make decent money depending on which location you're at, fun work environment (at times).
Cons
Corporate does not focus (at all) on creating company culture and loyalty from within, it is ALL about the bottom line $$$ here. That vibe and ethos (or lack thereof) permeates everything. It's inescapable. Nothing personal though, just business. And for some people.. that's fine, but others might find it soul sucking.
