Corporate does not focus (at all) on creating company culture and loyalty from within, it is ALL about the bottom line $$$ here. That vibe and ethos (or lack thereof) permeates everything. It's inescapable. Nothing personal though, just business. And for some people.. that's fine, but others might find it soul sucking.
