Cons
This company used to be a great place to work. It was ran with integrity, employee morale was high, and leadership cared about the employees and the clients. Over the last 14 or so months things have taken a turn for the worst and it’s one horrible decision by the C-suite after another. Now all leadership cares about is revenue revenue revenue, no matter what it does to the company, employees, and clients. The top 2 decision makers are so focused on getting richer and lining their pockets as fast as possible they are willing to take dangerous risks and be completely reckless in order to force rapid growth. Revenue has gone up steadily over the last few years, but apparently natural growth is not happening fast enough for their bank accounts. As they get richer they take away everything from the employees that made working here special and great. Now it’s all about the extremely restricted budget and paying people as little as possible while expecting more and more work out of them. It's really sad what they're doing to the company and if it continues like this and with current leadership the entire company is on a doomed path. This is probably obvious to the leaders at the top who don't care and will likely just get rich and then sell the company and throw away all the employees that worked so hard to bring in the money. I don't recommend that any one apply to work here, and I wouldn't be surprised if all the good people who currently work here start leaving.do not approve of CEO.
