Not For Corporate Professionals

Pros

Get to work with a variety of great people.

Cons

The environment is far from corporate on all levels. Titles are seemingly made up, and compensation appears to be arbitrary, lacking any consistency. The company's stingy approach to employee pay/raises and benefits is obvious, prioritizing bottom line over fair treatment of its workforce. The focus on maximizing profits for the owners is evident, overshadowing any genuine concern for employee well-being. What's particularly concerning is the blatant disregard for qualifications, as individuals with no education or experience are handed the reins to make decisions outside their expertise. "bro culture" contributes to an environment where questionable situations/decisions go unchecked. The HR department seemingly exists without real influence or intervention power. Ultimately, it's a workplace where the bottom dollar reigns supreme.

Stay Away

Pros

Run run run away…don’t look back

Cons

shadiness is an understatement. Management is full of promises that cannot be delivered. Following this review I’m sure one of them will post a “this is an amazing place to work” in hopes of saving themselves from a terrible review. There is no such thing as team. Once you leave (at your own will) they slander your name and try to instill fear into the rest of their employees in hopes of preventing them from speaking with you. (This is illegal) They care about money, and not their clients and cutting corners. If a client is in their care they are not taken care of. Director is an alcoholic. Stay far away. “Sunshine” is not the place to shine!

Pros

Direct managers truly care about their subordinates and do the very best than can within their strict limitations.

Cons

This company used to be a great place to work. It was ran with integrity, employee morale was high, and leadership cared about the employees and the clients. Over the last 14 or so months things have taken a turn for the worst and it’s one horrible decision by the C-suite after another. Now all leadership cares about is revenue revenue revenue, no matter what it does to the company, employees, and clients. The top 2 decision makers are so focused on getting richer and lining their pockets as fast as possible they are willing to take dangerous risks and be completely reckless in order to force rapid growth. Revenue has gone up steadily over the last few years, but apparently natural growth is not happening fast enough for their bank accounts. As they get richer they take away everything from the employees that made working here special and great. Now it’s all about the extremely restricted budget and paying people as little as possible while expecting more and more work out of them. It's really sad what they're doing to the company and if it continues like this and with current leadership the entire company is on a doomed path. This is probably obvious to the leaders at the top who don't care and will likely just get rich and then sell the company and throw away all the employees that worked so hard to bring in the money. I don't recommend that any one apply to work here, and I wouldn't be surprised if all the good people who currently work here start leaving.do not approve of CEO.
