Pros

Just the desks and nothing more

Cons

Sunshine Enterprise is undoubtedly the worst company I have ever worked for. The only positive aspect of my time here was my manager, who was incredibly supportive and taught me a lot about recruitment. I am happy she no longer works there. The CEO is extremely unprofessional, often resorting to harassment and threats, they are making employees feel like they owe them their salary. The CEO's behavior towards both employees and clients is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. He frequently talks against employees behind their backs, which creates a toxic work environment. To make matters worse, they don't pay well and take advantage of interns and employees assigning too much work exploiting them for cheap labor. It’s no surprise that nobody has stayed with the company for years, except for the owners themselves. If you're considering working here, my advice is simple: DO NOT. The environment is toxic, and there are much better opportunities elsewhere. Check the reviews. Enough said.

Pros

None, this is a terrible place to work and the owner is a misogynist racist who gives preferential treatment to those of Arabic background and treats all other employees like crap.

Cons

Recruiters are paid hourly and told they don’t receive OT. They are hired as “Exempt” employees but still paid hourly well below the Federal minimum threshold set in place by the Fair Labor Standards Act which is $684 per week. If you’re going to hire employees as exempt you must be willing to pay them $684 per week as it’s the federal minimum for exempt employees set in place by FLSA. We were paid $15 an hour and paid by the hour so there were weeks us recruiters as exempt employees were making less than $684 a week.
