Let me first express that I am sorry you are no longer with SunSmart. And, I also feel compelled to reply to a few of the bold remarks so that others who are considering a career with our growing company won't be fully turned off by this review.
Building a high performing team and organization is not for the faint at heart and because we are a smaller company, each person on the team impacts performance significantly, especially when or if they are not able to perform the goals required of the role. Each time someone leaves SunSmart, regardless of the reason, it impacts team morale and overall performance takes a dip. The leaders of SunSmart spend considerable time and thought as we strive to make the right people related decisions and foster a culture where people can shine in their role and thrive professionally, especially considering the amount of time, love and attention that goes into leading, coaching and teaching teammates how to perform at their best.
From the bottom of my heart, I wish you, the author of this review, nothing but the very best. I appreciate your perspective regarding your experience with SunSmart even while my perspective is quite different than yours, and I hope that you find the perfect match in your next career opportunity.
