On the surface great vibe and supposedly prides itself on treating people fairly. Good location (leatherhead).

Company Founders and HR are not in truth really people focused. Signed contracts do really mean much to the management.

Honestly, the culture here really stands out — it’s not just something written on a company values poster. You can actually feel that everyone’s working towards the same goals. There aren’t any silos; people from different departments actually collaborate and support each other. It’s a super inclusive environment too — no cliques, no one’s left out. The work can be challenging, but it’s the kind of hard work that feels rewarding because your ideas genuinely get heard and make a difference. Overall, it’s a place where teamwork and real culture actually mean something.

I've waited nearly a year to post this review to make sure I could truly capture my honest feedback. There is nothing that wouldn't make me want to work there.
