Sinking ship, little to no upward mobility, all the good people and high performers left. new ceo trying to run it like a amazon ship. So much turnover, little back hiring, little promotions, only given to those who exhibit the loudest voice or confidence in the room. Equity gutted this place out, and it has zero soul anymore!
