Good pay, flexibility, and small real estate and property management company.

Not quite enough benefits, like sick pay, bonuses, etc.

I like the work i did trying to fixing things and Painting the walls, and getting the apartments ready to rent and replace washer and replace broken outlits & switches and replace broken tiles and getting apartment ready to clean up after the work i do and repairing what needs fixing the things that needs to be fix .

Not having the part you need to fix the problem, & can't get the part or parts until the next day so you have try a way to get it working and people same to need you to do things when it is not a real emergency after hours or they what you to stop what you are doing and go start with a new job in a there apartment, and the one they what you to start would take longer to get ready to rent then the one you are in and working in but that's how the job go's some time in the field of maintenance & Repairs.
