None whatsoever unless you think you are a rented mule
Cons
Management won't stand behind employees. Owner thinks all of his employees are nothing more than "rented mules"and they treat you like one. Owner is a total egomaniac ! I suggest to anyone looking for work to stay away from this company.

There are none! I couldn't with a clear conscience recommend this company to anyone. The Owner of this company is an ego maniac and has no respect for anyone other than himself.
Cons
The Owner will work you to death and not show one ounce of respect or thanks for anything you have done. He has little respect for his tenants and would put his own mother out on the street.
