      Pros

      Great equipment, great people, always work.

      Cons

      Mandatory 6 days a week. 12 plus hour days. Might be right up some peoples alley, just didn’t work for what I needed. There was no flexibility on schedule which is why I put it as a con. Otherwise a great company

      Family atmosphere, great benefits, no work on Sundays, great co-workers.

      Less room for growth than a bigger company.
