Pros
They pay you well if you started before they decided to shortchange everyone. Benefits are free. The offices are nice, although they're a perfect example of the poor financial decision-making that has permeated the entire history of this place.
Cons
Leadership is incompetent and unable to right what is a rapidly sinking ship. The CEO is petulant and throws tantrums whenever anyone disagrees with him, even if they are right. He doesn't know how to take criticism of any kind, and accountability is not even in his vocabulary. The failure of the company, according to him, is the fault of the employees. He has been known to swear at employees, storm out of meetings, require people to work on holidays, all because he doesn't know what he is doing, and people refuse to blow smoke. All leadership at the top is subpar, particularly in L7 roles or above - I can't name a single person there that I would vouch for. There is a very bad habit of covering up people's misgivings, and lots of mutual backscratching going on that would raise eyebrows for any of the investors, if HMG had enough of a spine to actually investigate the things that are happening at the company. Since many of the people at the top were appointed by HMG and they don't want to 1.) admit to their poor decisions or 2.) admit that they are keeping people because they are "in" with someone important at the parent company, anyone that has ties to Korea gets away with murder. HR is awful; absolutely useless for anything except making legally questionable HR decisions (and the unfortunate experience of getting to watch certain folks eat disgustingly close to the camera during meetings.) They are slowly replacing all of the American people they originally hired with Korean transplants, especially in corporate roles, there to snitch on employees to the CEO. Any other startup or investor-backed company would have run from Supernal years ago, but they stay alive because it's all money coming from the parent company and its subsidiaries. Avoid this place like the plague; not only is it rapidly failing, but the money is not worth the burnout, stress, mismanagement, bureaucracy, red tape, or hit to your mental health (which they will not provide a reasonable accommodation for).
