I am proud of the successful project outcomes I achieved, and established several strong professional relationships that I value and will maintain moving forward. However, while I committed a high level of effort and dedication to my role, I found that there was a significant disconnect between performance and reward. During my tenure, I received no formal training or structured performance feedback, such as annual reviews. It is difficult to recommend this environment to those seeking professional growth, as the company frequently cycles through staff rather than investing in their development.
