7yMany of our tools are owned by our clients. While we provide our clients with feedback regarding systems, it is not always easy to change, but we are seeing dramatic positive action regarding new tools! As we state at the time of interview and hire, we are 24x7, 365 day per year employer, and we do participate in shift alignments due to changing business needs. We along with all others in our industry must have flexibility as our needs change with the change of the consumer call patterns. We make no changes without a 2-week notice, and everyone has an opportunity to bid on the schedules they feel will fit their needs. This is based on individual performance. We also have a unique shift auction process that will enable an employee to have a new schedule every two weeks if this is their choice. We have employee chat rooms that are work related, which are monitored. We also have employee chat rooms that are not monitored, we encourage our employees to meet with each other and chat! What we cannot tolerate in our environment is chat that is both dangerous and slanderous to other employees, customers, clients and SDC. We are a responsible employer who takes this precaution in our work chat rooms, just like we would in a brick and mortar. We are very proud of our new pay-for-performance pilot program and what to thank both current and former employees for your feedback in making this happen.
