      Few team leads are good in nature and they will help you. And company have nothing like pros

      Cons

      You were never get expertise in any one particular technology because they switch your technology every time. Worst working environment. You were getting threaten regarding your work. Working here like doing machine work and you were treat like a salves. Even they not providing basic necessity to employee (like mineral water).

      Good exposure to Liferay development through real client projects. Helpful colleagues and a collaborative work environment. Regular training sessions, including weekend sessions, support continuous learning and skill improvement.

      Cons

      Workload can increase during critical project phases, making work-life balance a bit challenging. Some processes could be better organized to avoid confusion and rework.
