The list of Cons is bit too long. I will try and highlight a few. 1) Work culture is pathetic. 2) Visionless 3) You will fire at any point of time 4) Mostly all the senior team has left the company 5) Boss is arrogant and his behavior is very childish. He never listen your point and make rational decisions. 6) Spineless management rely on outside consultants. 7) HR is pathetic. She has no idea what she is speaking. 8) Internal politics is at it's best. 9) No increment 10) HR policies change anytime 11) Blood sucking 12) Fire old and loyal employees in the name of performance.. I mean seriously? What do you want? Michael Jackson performing at Super Bowl of 1993? 13) Chatu people is at higher positions and has no knowledge. 14) Nightmare for some employees to even go to office.

You were never get expertise in any one particular technology because they switch your technology every time. Worst working environment. You were getting threaten regarding your work. Working here like doing machine work and you were treat like a salves. Even they not providing basic necessity to employee (like mineral water).
