Traditional Leadership Structure/org could get the waves up for Surfside - Anonymous employee Surfside (NY) Employee Review

The org structure is set up for a 20 person company (not 120 person). There is no one in HR/People Operations (not hard to extrapolate challenges with that) There are two CEOs that almost everyone in the company roles up to. This creates bottlenecks, lack of execution, and inconsistent decision-making and leadership. The Product/Eng velocity and execution is not aligned to what the business is selling. Very challenging for remote employees to succeed.
