Pros

None. This place used to be so much better but fear and a lack of empathy has turned it into a cesspool.

Cons

Low pay. Doesn't bother listening to employees. Employee performance is not tracked - bonuses and raises are given on the managements perception of hard work. HR has been totally removed. Apparently at SA it is not important. No continuing education - An employee was told to learn how to do a task on their own time when they were JUST moved to the position. Constant structural changes without thought of future implications. Multimillion dollar company with only the very bare bones of technology. Rampant turnover. Without HR, management treat employees however they want - this includes poor language, lying by omission, and even sexual harassment. Management can write you up whenever they feel like it - they do not need to present facts or even proof of wrongdoing. In the last year, they have taken more benefits away than they have given i.e. work from home days, vacation and sick time are now the same, and working the day after Thanksgiving for 5 hours is the norm. If you work here, you have no future with the company. You cannot grow, gain leadership responsibilities, or any other benefit. You are stuck.

Pros

I enjoyed working with the people here, everyone supported everyone, and my direct manager was absolutely amazing.

Cons

I got very sick with an autoimmune disease, and while I wasn't outright fired, They waited until all my vacation time was used up, and then let me go, despite the fact that my disease is a protected disability under the ADA. I didn't know that at the time, but I was less than a week away from being well enough to return to work.
