Some on the job training, work is steady, pride in quality patient care, have good benefits with paid time off.
Cons
Employees are not paid what they are worth, especially in light of the fact that they are taking on duties that could be performed by more then one person. No raises are ever given other then a once per year bonus if the company deems that it is feasible.
