Great Beginnings!

Pros

Some on the job training, work is steady, pride in quality patient care, have good benefits with paid time off.

Cons

Employees are not paid what they are worth, especially in light of the fact that they are taking on duties that could be performed by more then one person. No raises are ever given other then a once per year bonus if the company deems that it is feasible.

Pros

The hours were great and so were the patients. That's honestly all I can say about this place. One of my worst jobs ever.

Cons

It is a very unorganized place and the training is not up to par. You are expected to know things that were never taught. Some of their employees aren't helpful yet they make fun of you.

Pros

You do have a few good employees, that are willing to work as a team.

Cons

You get low census a lot, you can't accumulate enough time to cover being off so you end up going without getting paid. Some of the surgeons (some being the owners) are very rude and disrespectful. Some of management throughout the facility are big gossipers, and they tell other employees business.
