Pros
It was an encouraging place to work. Highly professional and continuously optimistic. The company was efficient but always looking to improve. It was the only job I've had so far in my career where I looked forward to coming into work each day. Great team building.
Cons
It was still a relatively young company when I was employed so there wasn't defined career paths or development plans for staff, though this may have changed since.
