Cons
Management is horrible. I was harassed and bullied for months. I was intimidated by my store manager (Blacktown WestPoint for months) who would not only belittle me she would also be very unfriendly and nasty with customers. Numerous complaints made against her from other staff members and customers but little was done about it from the upper management that was aware or the customer support team via the head office. I was forced to work back , made to work my rostered weekend off. Several times I was made to even work while being sick (tonsillitis). This is a company that needs to stop the poor management. In a store that is meant to empower women you are just giving power to the wrong people.
