Pros

9-5 work day Carpark Good location in Cremorne.

Cons

A lot of culture problems, no respect. They pretend to care about career growth, but take advantage of you, paying their staff low hoping they won’t speak up. Very toxic behaviour, that hr enables. You think their super high turnaround would concern them but they seem to not care about the bullying or aggressive behaviour. Not flexible with work from home.

Pros

Decent work/life balance. You can work with some wonderful peers.

Cons

No actual understanding of what it means to be a woman in today's working environment, unless you work in upper management and then it's a different story. The pay/bonuses also aren't reflective to the amount of extra work you do.

Pros

Lovely girls to work with Gives Morale especially some older employees who act like maternal figures and are caring Love when there's styling night Lovely customers customers make my day Lovely location Suburb stores much more reasonable and empathetic store managers than premium stores

Cons

Management doesn't like people sending out extra resumes despite them demanding flexibility from new workers, giving them little hours Some older ladies taking out frustration on younger employees (girls in tafe and uni, because some have power trip personalities and for no reason other than mere dislike ), through misusing their place in store management by cutting their hours, stopping them from learning POS, being reprimanded for coming 1 minute late, unprofessionalism in talking about their performance in front of customers on the floor and favoritism Little hours They make you work hard for the interview but there's really little benefit or stability from retail Managers holding back casual employees from doing POS when its seriously not that hard Pressure to be on point, its not like new employees are newborn Pettiness Cattiness Classist attitudes of older employees and in management
