Pros

Great benefits and reasonable salary. Excellent work and life balance. If you're interested in learning, this is a great company to do so.

Cons

Huge gap between white and blue collar. Even as a white collar myself, I was recommended by my manager to relate only to the successful professionals. If you are a "Pantagonia" lover, then you will fit into the culture. A lot of drama, specially between managers - female manages take the lead on drama. The CEO is someone many dislike because he can be rude and diminishing. However, everyone keeps their opinions about him and just deal with him. Don't expect him to talk to you if your pisition isn't significant in the company. If he does get to talk to you, you better expect to be asked to do things non-related to your job. Duties entitled to office assistant position.

Pros

Excellent down to earth supervisor. He was awesome and understanding and was able to adress quite a few toxic situations. The job itself was a bit dull but everyone I worked with kept it lively and fun!

Cons

Temporary Employment. I would like to stay with this company but they don't have full time non seasonal jobs available in Prineville.

Pros

Very interesting work that is doing great stuff for the planet Definitely the best product and offering in industry

Cons

Company was run by people who had no experience in agriculture, and pretty tough cultural divide between the teams in Oregon and the teams in California. Management picked pretty unprofessional team leaders as well.
