Cons
Huge gap between white and blue collar. Even as a white collar myself, I was recommended by my manager to relate only to the successful professionals. If you are a "Pantagonia" lover, then you will fit into the culture. A lot of drama, specially between managers - female manages take the lead on drama. The CEO is someone many dislike because he can be rude and diminishing. However, everyone keeps their opinions about him and just deal with him. Don't expect him to talk to you if your pisition isn't significant in the company. If he does get to talk to you, you better expect to be asked to do things non-related to your job.
