Above average pay for non-voice account Plenty of upskilling Lots of opportunities internally

Cons

Low annual increase depending on your scorecards and company's revenue Too much upskilling but no pay increase Initiatives were gone when the management changed Job went from handling dual chats concurrency to having 2 to 16 chats at a time and they ask agents to reply within 3 mins which is impossible

Pros

I liked phone tech support and am searching for more of the same.

Cons

Toxic management environment. Got a new manager who could do nothing but find problems. Got let go from a 50 - 100 person department a day after about 20 new trainees were brought in.
