Pros

Pays salary on time, Good infrastructure, Training, Can gain knowledge, confidence and experience, Learn new things everyday,

Cons

Doesnt recognize loyal long tenure employees instead they corner them and make them resign eventually, Poor cab drivers. rash driving and no respect for employees. Recent restructuring of senior management has created havoc among long tenure employees, they enforce their way of managing thing around instead of checking how we were currently doing the processes, correcting and improving them. Even after over-performing in the relevant KRA's they give stories like "Recession", "Company is not doing good" (Even though they bagged huge projects), "Cost Cutting", You can learn "How to say a No", They dont recognize manager / leaders for Personality development programs within the company. Too much politics and they form groups / liking on employees based on their language (mother tongue) / from where they come from (location), Cannot balance work and personal life, they put you in odd shifts where in a year with 52 weeks, you can meet your spouse only during the 52 weekends. They make you work 6th day and 10th hr sometimes, but they pay extra cash for that. They focus more on the Production teams than on Support team, as they are reasons for un-productive costs.

Pros

Remote work and great coworkers

Cons

Extremely low pay for the amount of work and the type of calls that you have to deal with. Lots of mircomanaging. Unrealistic metrics. Lack of knowledge and competency from leadership because at no point should your workers know more than you about the job itself. No care for unforseen life circumstances that affect your ability to work. Very stressful and mentally exhausting which often leads to burnout. No recognition for hard work and meeting metric goals. Too hard to get PTO approved. Tech and internal systems are always breaking which affects your ability to do your job. No one is ever on the same page which often leads to being given incorrect information. No room for growth or opportunities to go into other roles. Benefits are not that great. Mid health insurance plans, no 401K match, no parental leave, and no internet reimbursements. They'll sell you a fairytale in training so BEWARE.
