Was laid off in match when covid started, they fight my unemployment claim afterwards and hired me back on 3 months later. I requested health insurance be reinstated when I went back, they denied me and said I had to wait until the next open enrollment and would not help. I have had several issues with my manager contacting me on my personal number outside of work hours and threatening not to pay me, when this was reported to he nothing was done. They then said I was not coming back fast enough from lunch when I was showing up 5 minutes early and reviewing emails and cases, and they fired me.
I also had a medical issue and asked if I could work from home, they denied that saying it wasn't feasible, then made it mandatory a month later.
I was the highest tenured agent and put in for every higher position they had open and they purified people that had been there a month with no experience
