      My experience with Swabhav Tech Labs was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The job description clearly mentioned a CTC of 12 LPA, which was the primary reason I applied. After successfully clearing five rounds of interviews and investing significant time and effort, the company took two months to respond, only to offer me a drastically lower salary of 3.5 LPA—a fraction of what was originally promised.

      1) Best Culture and environment to work in 2) We get to work on different tech and keep updating with new technology 3) Time for research on new tech is given and there is no pressure of deadlines for that. 4) Flexible work hours 5) Good management 6) Weekend holiday

      Cons

      Alternate saturdays were working but even that has been changed now to weekend holidays.
