false company circus

Pros

At first, everything seems fine, but later you realize it’s more of a family-run setup than a professional company. The management, mainly Mr. Bhavesh and his daughter Aditi, run the entire show. Unfortunately, instead of focusing on transparency and fair opportunities, they make false promises to freshers and candidates. After multiple interview rounds, they claim the client’s point of contact has changed and withdraw the offer. Such misleading and unprofessional practices not only waste candidates’ time but also give the impression of a fake company. Without real management values, the organization cannot grow or build trust

Cons

After completing more than 4 rounds with both the company and the client, I was later informed that the client’s point of contact had changed, and therefore the position could not be offered. If there isn’t a confirmed client or requirement, conducting lengthy interviews only wastes candidates’ valuable time. Such practices reflect poorly on the organization and will prevent it from building trust and achieving long-term growth

Pros

Swabhav stands apart from traditional corporate setups and that’s exactly its strength. It fosters an environment where substance is valued over surface, learning over labels, and curiosity over competition. The culture here is rooted in daily growth not just as professionals, but as thoughtful individuals. From day one, you’re invited to unlearn the toxic patterns often seen in corporate life and replace them with self-awareness, resilience, and a learner’s mindset. Bhavesh Sir, the founder, brings powerful human engineering sessions focused on self-worth, mindset, and personal evolution. These are not your typical motivational speeches they are introspective, transformative, and grounded in lived wisdom. What truly stands out is the humility and sincerity with which he leads taking time each day to engage with every person, whether intern or senior, with the same warmth and intention. The atmosphere is free from ego, hierarchy, or hustle culture pressure. You’re not judged by how loud you are or how fast you move, you’re encouraged to grow at your own pace, reflect deeply, and work with integrity. This is one of those rare spaces where empathy, discipline, and lifelong learning are not buzzwords, they’re embedded in daily practice. Their training model also walks the talk. Swabhav doesn’t follow the checkbox-driven bootcamp model. Instead, it emphasizes real-world learning through projects, feedback loops, and mentorship. The mentors are approachable, committed, and invested in long-term transformation. I’ve personally witnessed many careers blossom here in ways that no standard training program could match. And the alumni? Their journeys say it all.

Cons

This space may not suit everyone, especially those seeking rigid structures, quick wins, or titles for validation. The growth is gradual and often internal. If you’re only after fast promotions or a traditional corporate climb, you might miss what truly sets Swabhav apart.

Pros

nothing positive about the terrible company

Cons

My experience with Swabhav Tech Labs was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The job description clearly mentioned a CTC of 12 LPA, which was the primary reason I applied. After successfully clearing five rounds of interviews and investing significant time and effort, the company took two months to respond, only to offer me a drastically lower salary of 3.5 LPA—a fraction of what was originally promised.
