Cons
a. FR team needs a clear Buddy Program plan (roles, timelines, outcomes).
b. FR Data collation & management need strengthening. While transition to tech based platform is on, long way to go.
c. KRAs must align with actual work allocation. Reviews should capture overall contribution, not just numbers.
d. shorter, more frequent feedback loops are critical.
e. MarCom and Branding campaigns has scope for improvement.
