      Pros

      a. FR culture consciously built across senior leadership group. Co-Founder and CEO directly involved in almost all FR pitches to prospects which is superb. b. Innovative Events organized for fundraising and putting out word across ecosystem without only depending on traditional cold outreaches. c. HR team has a great induction process at the start which is both theoretical and experiential. d. HR process are streamlined through tech (HRMS) e. Have good advocates in State Government. f. Majority of funds are raised from the existing donors.

      Cons

      a. FR team needs a clear Buddy Program plan (roles, timelines, outcomes). b. FR Data collation & management need strengthening. While transition to tech based platform is on, long way to go. c. KRAs must align with actual work allocation. Reviews should capture overall contribution, not just numbers. d. shorter, more frequent feedback loops are critical. e. MarCom and Branding campaigns has scope for improvement.
