Pros

The people are overall nice and the top management is very down to earth.

Cons

It's a not remote friendly company. A say colleagues having to go running to the office just to have a meeting while they were working from home. The contracts are also very short term and they are investing in AI which means lay offs are comming. It's the regular fintech with crazy KPIs, no experience management, endless useless calls...

Pros

Professional interactions during the initial stages of the process.

Cons

I went through an advanced onboarding process for a freelance role with Swan. A “welcome onboard” communication confirmed key elements such as role, scope, and start date. Based on this, I entered onboarding and submitted personal documents, including sensitive information, and was integrated into internal tools. At a later stage, essential administrative requirements for an international profile (including the need for a specific contractual setup) were clarified, which ultimately led to the cancellation of the collaboration shortly before the planned start date. During exchanges, it was mentioned that requirements for international profiles could be clarified earlier. From my perspective, validating administrative feasibility at the beginning of the process would improve transparency and avoid late-stage disruptions, particularly for candidates based outside France.

Pros

It's a good workplace with clear collaboration and well-defined goals. You won’t feel like you’re not being heard or being sidetracked. I joined as an intern, but I was never treated like a beginner — I was given a fair share of responsibilities and included in important team discussions, which shows the trust and inclusiveness here. Now that I’ve been offered a permanent contract in product integration and tech support, I can say from experience that the people truly go above and beyond to help. They always provide the necessary training on internal tools and processes, so you never feel lost. The work-life balance is also great. I enjoy two days of telework, which helps me avoid commuting time and work more efficiently on my tasks. You’re never burdened with work calls or messages after hours or while on holiday, which makes the culture even better.

Cons

Like any growing company, sometimes processes evolve quickly, so you need to adapt fast, but nothing that can’t be figured out with the team’s support.
