Pros

If you work hard and prove yourself, there are great opportunities, especially in NY where there are several stores. You can gain experience in a number of locations as you move up with the company. Start as a part-timer and end up as an Assistant Store Manager or even higher.

Cons

Premium retail is a tough job, and there can be a lot of pressure to succeed. If you’re looking for something that you can just clock in and clock out and get paid, this isn’t it (although I wouldn’t necessarily call that a con).

Pros

The management team is refined and very accommodating. I loved my time here. I had so many opportunities to learn and grow through my experiences, and working with the team was amazing. Holiday seasons were stressful but never unfun. The management here really makes you feel cared for. Love the discount on most jewelry as well.

Cons

Scheduling could be volatile during holiday seasons, but that's to be expected for a front-line sales position.

Pros

great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

Cons

micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
