This is one of the coolest products I've ever worked on and has an extremely bright future.

It's hard work, which good if you are motivated by building something cool. But it's not for everyone.

I honestly can't name a company I would rather work at right now. It's extremely motivating to be working with clients ranging from presidential and down ballot campaigns to leading orgs on women's rights, racial justice, climate change, and gun safety (among others!). The product itself is powerful and clients love it; it's exciting to be working on a cutting edge technology that's making a difference for advocates. The data science findings the team researches on our ever-growing persuasion data set are fascinating. The company definitely values employee well-being and we have great benefits. We work hard but work life balance is also a value. The team is super smart, thoughtful, and mission-driven.

Swayable is a startup so there's always a lot going on and a lot to do. There's always the opportunity to take on adjacent projects you're excited about, but it is a lot of work.
