The problems being worked on at Swayable are by far the most interesting and impactful of my career. The company's founders are real scientists - they understand what's possible and what's not with a team of data scientists and software engineers. It's nothing like the setup you get at companies where management really don't understand the work. The team culture is described as a caring meritocracy and they do really deliver on that.

I honestly can't name a company I would rather work at right now. It's extremely motivating to be working with clients ranging from presidential and down ballot campaigns to leading orgs on women's rights, racial justice, climate change, and gun safety (among others!). The product itself is powerful and clients love it; it's exciting to be working on a cutting edge technology that's making a difference for advocates. The data science findings the team researches on our ever-growing persuasion data set are fascinating. The company definitely values employee well-being and we have great benefits. We work hard but work life balance is also a value. The team is super smart, thoughtful, and mission-driven.
